We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days in their original, sealed packaging.

Opened, activated, or flown items may be eligible for return within 30 days only if they are in like-new, fully functional condition and pass our return inspection. A 20% restocking fee will apply to approved returns of opened items.

To request a return, please complete our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form and follow the instructions provided.

For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returned items must include the original packaging, accessories, documentation, and packing slip. Items must be free from scratches, marks, damage, alterations, or missing security labels. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may receive a reduced refund, where permitted by applicable law.
